Did internet ever work for you?
If not then you need to configure your settings:

If it did then perhaps your current membership data allowance has been used up but your current membership has not yet expired?
In that case the new membership stacks to kick in when the current one expires. It does not start immediately.
In that case you need to buy a data add-on to get internet access again.
