No Carrier Option under settings

Hi,

Just changed to 48 on my iPhone 4s can't get any signal. when I open my settings there is no option to go into carrier, anybody know why this option is missing. I restored the phone to factory setting,

Are you sure the iPhone is fully unlocked?

Got word from Apple that the phone was unlocked. What do you mean "Fully Unlocked"

Hi

Did you find out where your carrier details went?  I went to Berlin and my Carrier option was not visible until I came home and as a result it did not pick up Berlin network.
