Working fine for me in Dublin 11.
Did anything change on your phone recently?
Eg software update, settings charges etc?
You seem to be using an iPhone in which case a software update may require it to be reactivated which may need cash credit to cover the cost of the UK SMS that this process sends.
This is due to the stupid way that Apple do things unfortunately.
Can you try your SIM in another unlocked phone?
If necessary contact 48 support for advice.
