I have no signal whatsoever. Several people in my family are also with 48 and their signal is down. This is increasingly a problem, its happening more and more often. Can you please tell me what's going on?

Hi Hannah,

Sorry this has happened to you. As per the guidelines during the last network outage; have you tried restarting your phone and/or resetting network settings?

I've tried restarting my phone and turning on and off the airplane mode. Can you tell me more about resetting the network settings?

Somewhere in your phones mobile settings there should be the option to reset Network settings. I'm not too familiar with your device, so I cant be of much more help!

Try googling "how to reset network settings on HTC PJ401"

Oh sorry!

I'd say your best bet is to refer to the HTC One X manual asto how to change the network settings.

Hope this helps, sorry Hannah!

Hi

It's worth mentioning that another reason signal can be poor can down to your local 02 mast having trouble...

This can be checked online.
