What does your online account say about your membership status etc.?
48 don't provide any way to talk to support by phone. If necessary you must contact them online:

When were calls/texts/mobile data working OK for you last?
What services are not working now?
What does your My48 account Dashboard say about your current membership status, expiry date and allowance balances?
What does your Transactions page say about the recent payment/purchase?
Does your Buy Plan page list any upcoming membership plan(s)?

I never heard of a "multiline" number and don't know what that means. Unless it's this?

You might need to contact 48 support directly for advice if this is not a normal number.
By the way it's not a good idea to post your number on a public website.
