Hi - my phone is broken and i need quickly to let everyone know to ring my landline.  Can i access my mail box message from a landline, to change message so that it tell people to ring me on another number?

That article doesn't seem to explain how to change the voicemail message/greeting from another phone - e.g. a landline. Or am I missing something?

In any case when I dial 0894800171 I just get beeps and it never connects to any service so I think there's something wrong there - which I have reported.#

I reckon the only option here is to get a lend of another unlocked phone, put your SIM into it and then change your voicemail message.
