My phone Internet not working

Bought the Don. Due to expire on the 11th. Got a finix hotnote phone similar to a Samsung or Sony. Anyway turned on the settings as instructed etc but nothing still got no Internet. Got l gb that l got to use before the 11. Kindly advice.

Hey there

 

That is an android phone so the standard android settings should work. I've given you a set of instructions below.

 

Open Settings then click MORE SETTINGS
Then click MOBILE NETWORKS
Next click ACCESS POINT NAMES
From here press you menu key which is the touch button to the left of the home button
Next select + NEW APN from here enter this information
Name - 48 Internet
APN - 48months.liffeytelecom.com
Proxy - leave blank
Port - leave blank
Username - leave blank
Password - leave blank
Server - Not set
MMSC - http://mmc1/servlets/mms
MMS proxy - 10.1.11.19
MMS port - 8080
MCC - 272
MNC - 11
Authentication type - PAP
APN type - default,supl,mms

 

When you have done that ensure mobile data and data roaming are both switched on.

 

That should do the trick.
