When your membership expires at 23:59 tonight your next/queued membership will kick in and you will then have your new membership allowances. In cases when you use up membership allowances before the membership month is up you can buy add-ons to tide you over to the end of the membership month.

Not sure what you mean.
As far as I can see your original problem was that your new membership allowances were not available because your current membership had not yet expired. Not that anything had "disappeared". So there was no problem in the first place - just a misunderstanding about how monthly membeship works?
In this latest case you are saying that your calls and internet are "gone".
Perhaps you just used them up and need to buy add-ons to tide you over until the end of your current membership at midnight on 13th May 2014?

Maybe clarify what your online account says about your membership type, expiry date and data/mobile calls/tests/landline calls balances.

If you used up your calls etc allowances for this month then you need to buy add-ons to tide you over to the end of your membership month as I posted above.
To unlock a phone have a look at the unlocking faq but 48 don't provide unlock codes so you need to get it done elsewhere.
