My blackberry says ur not on a service plan to search the internet and I don't no why

mine the same i dont think it works on blackberry phone as i bought the don and then i found out

RIM (the service provider for all Blackberry phones) does not work with the 48 network as of yet.

As far as I know they are working on this.

For now, try using Opera Mini as an alternative to the native Blackberry browser. You should be able to use this as long as you are on a wifi connection.
