My 48 app won't let me top up, please help

What happens when you try?

Any error messages/screenshots?

Did it ever work?

Can you topup from the website?

If you are using a card registered on 48 to topup?

If so are you sure that the card details are still up to date and valid or has the card been updated/reissued since the details were registered?

You probably shouldn't post your personal details in a public forum like this.

What password?

Is there some other password for logging into the app?
