Did it ever work?

If so did anything change before it stopped working - e.g. phone reset or software update?

Did you configure your internet settings correctly?

You seem to be using a Samsung Galaxy S5 (SM-G900A) in which case you should try this:

If that doesn't work then try the Tweakker APN app from the Google Play Store.

 

From anecdotal reports here and elsewhere on the internet it seems that some Samsung Galaxy phones have a habit of spontaneously losing their internet settings for some reason. That may or may not be relevant in your case.
