Money being taken from my account by 48 without my authorisa

On Christmas Eve 92 e was taken out of my Visa card by 48. On 2/01/17 a further ten euros and Yeo euros were taken. I did not authorise either transaction. I am very worried about this. My account is now showing 80e in credit. It does not show the money that came out of my Visa card ( without my permission) on the 2 nd Jan. Can you please advise urgently !!!

What does your My 48 page say about your membership status and expiry date? 

Does it list any next membership(s)?

What does your history page say about recent payments/topups/purchases?

Where is it saying that you're €80 in credit? 

Do you have membership auto renewal enabled? 

That's the only way that 48 can unilaterally pull money from your card and it only happens when your membership needs to be renewed.

My account expires january 24 th. I don't have membership auto renewal enabled. On my account it says 80euros 12 cents credit. I have always renewed membership on the day it expires as I rely on my phone a lot. Under my history it says 92xtop up on 24 th December and then 1x the guido on the same date. Nothing since. It does not mention the two withdrawals from my credit card on the 2/01/17 - one for 10 e and one for 2 e ! I have checked my bank statement and both say 48 !

I just double checked my credit card account. Te euros was taken by 48months. IE on the 30 December and 3 euros on the 2 nd January 2017. Neither transaction was authorised by me. Neither was the 92 euros on 24 th December. This is a very serious fraud. I have removed my credit card details from the site. I want my money refunded !!!!!!!!

Your posts are a bit difficult to follow due to typos so I'm not sure of the exact amounts and transactions.

However this all sounds very odd unless somebody had access to your account to make topups/payments.

In any case you should contact 48 support to get to the bottom of this.
