My data seems to be gone for the last hour. Is this a planned outage or is it just me?

Did it ever work?

Did you configure your internet/APN settings correctly?

Do you have a data allowance with your membership or a data add-on?

Has it been used up?

Does everything else work OK - incoming/outgoing calls and texts?
