Ive set up my mobile data yet the APN enable button was faded out so therefore i cannot connect to my 4G  how do i fix this?

My Internet is not working, the settings is correct and the h+ is showing. However nothing is loading on the Internet doe some reason

Did it work before?

If so did anything change on your phone recently (e.g. software update)?

Are you 100% sure that your APN/internet settings are correct, data roaming is enabled and you have a data allowance as part of your membership or internet add-on?

If all else fails contact 48 support as I suggested to the other poster above.
