Mobile Data isn't working

Hey there,

I got My sim two days ago and the Internet isn't working so far. I tried nearly everything and asked 02 (where i have My contact in Germany) but they couldn't help.
I have an i Phone 6s (so it Can't be locked, because Its very new). When i go to 'settings' it says that i have 48 as My contractor. In the left Upper corner there is 48 written As well And Signal 3G.
I got a Message from 48 Months that they Can't Send Settings to My phone.
I turned Roaming on and also booked a packet. Don't Know what i Could Do Else 😳😭
Please help me

Are you sure that your internet/APN settings are correct?

Delete any APN(s) that you have configured right now and start again using these instructions.

If it still doesn't work then post back with more info - ideally screenshots of your settings.
