Hello. i bought a membership few days ago, one time from the credit card and also at same day second one after i did nit recirve any top up message.,my many has been taken from account to times 10 and 10 and i still have not any credit.

Check your online account.
You most likely have a current membership and also a "next" membership which will kick in when your current membership has run it's full monthly course and has expired.
When you buy membership the money is charged immediately and the membership stacks if you already have a current membership in place.
