Hi I have bought membership for 20 in advance before my membership expires , and now it
says I have not paid my membership. Would u help me with that ?

What exactly does it say in your online account about current and next memberhips and expiry dates?

If you bought a membership now but your current membership still has time to run then the new membership does not kick in until the old one expires.
