Issue in registering

Hi, I tried to register my new sim thursday night but it keeps saying there was an issue in registering me with go 48. Im not sure what the issue is though. The internet went down when I was at the option of keeping my old number but Im wondering if I can go through the process again? Thanks.

Hi there.

Usually this issue can be resolved by clearing/refreshing your browser o your device & starting anew...

But im not convinced it is simply a browser issue at fault here...

If you can try to register from a different source than your initial try-like a pc instead of your mobile fone - & see if this is successful.

Ive restarted the browser multiple times since. I originally tried it from my laptop. It says the sim is already registered by me when I tried it again. It's stuck on the message where it says its activating the sim and to refresh. Very frustrating 😛
