I bought the 10 euro deal last week and everything works apart from my Internet for some reason...it has stopped working before but would always come back within a few hours.. this is now a week with no Internet

Do you have any data allowance available at the moment?

Check your My 48 account online or dial *100*8# and hit call.

Are your internet settings configured correctly?

To add to the above...

If you used all your data from last month, and your last membership is yet to expire, even if you purchase another membership, it will not take over (be in use) until last month's membership expires... In these cases, an internet add on using your credit balance is the effective route to having data if you run out.

As above take a look on your My 48 Membership page for the relevant dates, and post back!

No I still have my full 1gb of data untouched it just won't allow me to use it and my phone is configured to it because I've been a customer for a good few months and this is the 1st time it's not worked apart from the odd glitch that sorts itself out within a couple of hours...my calls and texts are working fine it's just Internet

Did you double check your settings in case they got changed/reset?
If they are correct try switching off and on again then manually search for networks and connect to 48 then try again.
If you still have no success then you'll probably need to contact 48 support for assistance.
