Did it ever work?
If it did then when did it stop working?
If not then did you configure your internet settings?

It has always worked up to the last week of my membership just gone and I just paid my new membership there and it's still not working

What does your online account say about your membership status, expiry date and data allowance balance?
Do you have a current and a next membership listed?
Can you make/receive calls and send/receive texts OK?
