My name is kenneth and I have a Samsung galaxy s5 I normally buy the standard membership each month but this month for the first time on this phone I tried the Guido with the allowance of the mobile data, unfortunately with the mobile data icon enabled I still am not receiving the internet, I tried the 3 or 4 recommendations like restarting my phone turning on and off airplane mode ect but still the same, no internet 😞 could ye please help me 😞
