Internet Settings for HTC CE00682

I have always used my 48 sim card in a Samsung phone and it has always worked fine. I have tried to put it in to a different phone. It is a HTC phone. Model number on the back says CE0682. I would like to start using this phone but i cannot connect to the internet. I am not receiving any configuration settings. Any help?
