Did you try to port your number here?
Did you get the security code to your old SIM/number and enter it into the form when prompted?
What number is displayed in your online account - the original 089 number from the 48 SIM or your own number ported over?
If you followed the porting process and your number is not porting over to your 48 account and registered SIM then you'll probably need to log a support query to ask 48 support for help:

There's nothing to cancel other than auto membership renewal if you have that enabled - just so that you don't end up paying 48 monthly membership by direct debit when you have moved.
Otherwise you just contact Vodafone and ask them to port your number over from 48.
