I cant receive calls

I havent topped up my phone in a while but up until two days ago people have been able to call me. Now they just get a voice message saying that my number cant take calls. Will the problem go away when i top up?

How long is it since you bought membership?
After several months of not buying membership your account gets suspended. Can't remember how long.
Maybe that happened here?
If so then you night not be able to buy membership.
Maybe try and if you can't or you can but still can't receive calls then contact 48 support:
