A friend comes to Ireland using her German network & when she texts me i can't reply.can i buy an add-on for when she's around on hols.tried eu texts add-on last time but didn't work

You need cash credit on your account to send international texts.
25c per text to Germany.
There is no add-on or membership allowance that covers international texts.
Cash credit is needed.
