I can't pay with my visa

I am a new member at 48 months and I want to activate my sim card but I can not pay my monthly membership because my credit card(visa) is not working. My card is open for foreign purchases so I don't know what's the problem. please help!

Is this an Irish or UK card or from another country?

As far as I know only Irish or UK cards will work.

Is 3-D Secure verification enabled on it?

Did you check with your bank as to why it won't work?
