I can't get membership

I ordered a new sim last week, got it that's fine. Entered all my details today got all set up , put sim in , waitin until I got message sayin your ready to go just buy membership and I can't???

You went through the SIM registration/activation process OK with no issues?

Did you also request a number to be ported over?

I don't know why it says that the account isn't fully activated - sorry.

How are you trying to buy membership?

What happens?

Any error messages?

Can you log into your online account?

Does it display OK?

 

I don't understand the bit about waiting for a "you're ready to go" message?

Are you still waiting for this?

Via email or some other means?

I am trying to get membership on the 48 website ' buy membership' but if I click on it , it tells me 'you are not aloud to access that page' .. ??

Are you logged in?

If not did it not prompt you to log in?

If necessary manually log in first, then go to your My 48 page and see if you can buy membership from there.

What device are you doing this from and on what sort of internet connection (e.g. wifi or carrier data)? 

What specific pages/links are you using?

 

As a stopgap measure you could topup your credit balance by voucher and then buy membership by text until this gets sorted out:

yes I am logged in , I'm on my mobile nd using Wi-Fi . when I log in, its sayin my account isn't fully activated , it what's me to go through the whole procedure again ???????
