I have got a new phone but have no internet can you help my new phone is a Lenovo thanks

You need to configure the internet settings (and have a data allowance as part of your membership or add-on):

 

Internet Settings

 

Try the online configurator first

 

http://48months.tweakker.com/choose/Lenovo

 

If your handset isn't listed or it doesn't work for some reason then download the Tweakker APN app over wifi and run that to configure your settings:

 

https://play.google.com/store/apps/details?id=com.tweakker

 

If  that doesn't work then you need to configure your settings manually using the first link above as a guide.
