Hi, I’m just after getting insurance on my phone. I was reading through the terms and conditions and it says that if I need to make a claim that I would need a proof of usage from my network provider. I was just wondering if you supply a proof of usage? please let me know as there will be no point in me continuing on with the policy if not.

What do you mean by "proof of usage"?
How does the insurance contract define that term?
If you mean call/text/data usage logs then you can get these on demand from 48 support if needed.
