Help texting and calling

When i try go call r txt a friend it says this is 1 number your nt allowed to call go into ur corner ?!? Plz help:)

Do you have membership?

What does your online account say about your membership type, expiry date and mobile calls/landline calls/texts/data and cash credit balances?

What sort of number are you trying to call/text - e.g. Irish mobile, international mobile etc.?

Were you ever able to call/text this person?

What network are they on?

Can you call/text others on the same network?

Have you logged a support query to ask 48 for help?

This could be for a number of reason's.

Possibly the numbers you are dialing are not those allowed on your Membership Plan...see other Call Charges in the link above for details...

Or you may have had a fair usage warning imposed...?

Your 48 Account should provide answers to your query -Have a good look over it.

That, or you have used your Minutes up & need to add some cash to your balance to enable you to make calls until your Membership Renews.

Review the Status (Start & Expiry) on your account and post back.
