Getting old number back and getting a new 48 number

Hello, I accidently moved my 086 to 48, but I want it back on 02 and I want a 48 number for my sim. How can I do this please?

If you want to move your 086 number to O2 then you need to contact O2 to do this - they will initiate a porting operation to move the number.

 

But this will almost certainly invalidate your 48 account and you will probably lose whatever membership you have left.

 

You can then order a new 48 SIM to get a new 089 number and account etc.

 

However if this is not what you want to do then you should log a support query to talk to 48 support and ask them what the options are here.
