Existing 48 customer, new phone & need new sim, how do I keep my number?

Hello there,
I've been with 48 for nearly 2 years now but I recently got a new iPhone 5s. I need a nano sim for it but I obviously want to keep my number, but I'm not sure how I go about keeping my number if I'm ordering a new sim. How can I do this?
