EU Roaming add ons

I paid for one months EU add ons but I haven't used them, so I was wondering could u add them on for the month of September as I'm heading to Turkey in September and don't want to waste the money for nothing???

Hi @Anon The EU add-on lasts for only one month from the date of purchase I'm afraid, so if you need calls/texts while in an EU country you'll have to get another add-on to tie you over for the new period.

However, see the Other Call Charges page here. The EU roaming add-on won't work in Turkey anyway. If you make calls in Turkey they will be charged from your credit balance per minute as it is listed in the Rest of Europe section. So before you travel there, you'll need to make sure you have topped up your credit balance to be able to call/text.

For what it's worth add-on expiry dates can be extended by renewing membership in a certain way/at a certain time (although I still can't fully understand it...) - see here:

But as mentioned above the EU roaming add-ons are of no use in Turkey since it's not in the EU.
