I arrived in Greece last night from Ireland and can’t use my iPhone unless I connect to hotel WiFi!!! I found it v stressful last night in the airport as I could

Sorry, as I couldn’t contact my driver! I have read all the notes and turned on data roaming, checked sim etc still no joy

What exactly is/isn't working? 

Connection to a local network - i.e. signal bars? 

Incoming/outgoing calls? 

Incoming/outgoing texts? 

Mobile data? 

As ever, the usual general advice applies in relation to 48 roaming...

Unfortunately many people still seem to have problems with roaming abroad on 48 for some reason.

(On the other hand all the people who have no problems don't post to report their positive experiences!)

If your SIM predates January 2023 then a replacement may mitigate or eliminate roaming problems:

If mobile data doesn't work while roaming abroad in countries where it's supported then check that your APN settings are configured correctly:

In some countries an active membership plan and cash credit to pay for mobile data usage are required.
