Hi I bought my membership 2 days ago as it was expiring last night. It still hasn't come through so I went online to check out what happened and it said my account has been deactivated. Can you please help.

You probably need to log a support query about this to get 48 support to look into it for you:

Any chance you breached the fair usage limits and got barred for the remainder of your current membership month (or for good if it was the second time?)?
