Data used up after a week

I purchased the Mitch a week ago and used it like I normally would but I received a message saying that all my data had been used up but I used it like I did every other month which usually lasts the 30 days

Dial *100*8# and hit call/send - what does it return?

Are you sure that it wasn't a message about a previous data add-on expiring and you still have a data allowance as part of your membership allowances?

What does your My 48 page say about your data allowance?

If the data was used up then you need to check what apps are using data on your phone.

Did you install something new that might be causing this or change your usage so that you're downloading a lot more data or something?

Most phones have some sort of built-in data usage measurement tool or you can usually find apps to do the same thing often in more detail.
