This can happen when somebody inadvertently buys two topups/memberships/add-ons when they only meant to do it once.
What does your My History page say about recent payments/purchases?

If the My History page says that there was only one payment/purchase but your bank says that there were two then you need to get onto 48 support to get them to investigate and sort it out.
