It says I have data left but yet I have to buy add-ons to use the Internet. Started a new membership recently but days seemed to used within only a few days (5gb)

What exactly does your online account say about:
- Your current membership status and expiry date
- Your next membership status and start date (if applicable)
- Your data allowance balance
If you used up 5GB in a few days then you need to check your phone to see what apps are using the data allowance up.
If you think that your data allowance is disappearing too quickly or you are having trouble using it then you could also contact 48 support to ask for assistance:
