It says I have data left but yet I have to buy add-ons to use the Internet. Started a new membership recently but days seemed to used within only a few days (5gb)

What exactly does your online account say about:

 

  • Your current membership status and expiry date
  • Your next membership status and start date (if applicable)
  • Your data allowance balance

If you used up 5GB in a few days then you need to check your phone to see what apps are using the data allowance up.
