Connection goes on and off

Hello,

I found out 48 connection (signal) on my phone goes off and off repeatedly since yesterday. Full bar E (EDGE) then 4-Bar 3G, 5-Bar 3G , 2-Bar 3G then No Service at all. Then the same cycle occurs until now.

Area: Wilton, Cork
Phone : iPhone 5S ios 7.1.1

Was it always this way for you or is this a recent development?

Is it only in certain areas or more generally?

Has anything changed with your phone recently - e.g. dropped it, software update etc.?

Can you try your SIM in another unlocked phone and see if the problem persists there?

You should probably log a support request to ask 48 support about this:

having problems today in sligo with coverage.! tried my sim in another unlocked phone and still no coverage.!
