Charged twice for membership

Hi there,
Iv just been charged twice for my membership.. Can I be reimbursed for one? My name is Katie Kelleher and my number is **bleep**

Check your My 48 and My History pages - you may have simply bought two by accident with the second one stacking to kick in later when the current membership (and any other stacked membership) has expired.

If you still want a refund on a membership that has not yet started then you'll need to contact 48 support and ask them about this:

Most likely you have a current membership in place which has not yet expired so the new memberships have stacked to kick in when that one expires?
A newly purchased membership does not start immediately if you have a current membership in place which has not yet run its full monthly course.
Bought membership - can't call/text
