What does your My48 account page say about your current membership status, expiry date and allowance balances?
What does your My History page show about recent payments/purchases?
Do services other than sending texts work?
Are you referring to membership auto renewal?
Did anything change with your bank card - eg be one issued recently - that might necessitate updating/changing the registered card details?
