Can't ring the bank

I rang the bank and it said I had no credit/run out of minutes. However when I checked my account I have 57 landline minutes and 200 mobile minutes. I rang other numbers and it was fine just wondering why I can't ring the bank?

Not all landline numbers are covered by membership/add-on bundled landline mins allowances.

Was it a 1850 or 1890 number by any chance?

Or some other number that is not covered by landline mins and needs cash credit?

1850 costs 50c per call and 1890 50c PER MIN! Man Indifferent

This site might be useful for finding regular geographic landline numbers as alternatives to the published 1850/1890 numbers:

Hope this helps.
