I switched from Three to 48 a few years ago and have been unable to receive calls or texts from Three customers since. If anyone could help me out that'd be great! Thanks
This seems to happen to individual users from time to time. Not sure why but to get it sorted you need to contact 48 support and ask them to investigate.
