Can't pay membership?

I turned 18 there in April and I said I'll try join this network as I'm fed up getting f-ed over by Meteor every month, so I ordered a sim for my unlocked phone which is grand.

Then I try to pay my membership I'm trying to pay for the €15 one with 15GB internet.

When I enter in valid payment infomation I get this error,

"Your payment has not been accepted due to security limitations. Please check our Help Section for more information."

Like most 18 year old's I don't have my own Credit Card so I'm trying to use my Mams MasterCard so I think that might be the issue that the name of the account and the name on the card aren't matching.

What can I do?

I assumed that PayZone or Omnivend 48 voucher outlets would be fairly widespread...

 

Try using the gift shop link instead as it doesn't require a login and seems to be designed for even non 48 users/members to gift 48 users topups or membership. If the card payment fails there then it may be that the card needs to be registered for 3D secure verification for online purchases:

If you continue to have problems paying for membership then log a support query and ask 48 for assistance.

Could well be because you are using somebody else's credit card.

 

Why not topup by voucher

and then buy your membership by text or online from your credit balance?

Might be, there's none of them PayZone shops in my area, the only one I know of doesn't do 48 credit.

Under My 48 there's a section with the name, I'll try change that to my Mams name and see will it work?

I of course have her permission to be using her can't so I'm not sure why it isn't working.
