For what it's worth WhatsApp works fine for me on wifi and carrier data.

Your last post doesn't make sense either.

How does it relate to your original post/problem?

You shouldn't need cash credit to use WhatsApp. You just need an internet connection (either via wifi or carrier data).

You do need cash credit to text international numbers though (25c per SMS).

Do you still have a problem or what?
