Can't call land line numbers and I am on the Don ?

Everytime I try to call a land line I get told I need to top up?

Can someone help.

First, in your interests, refrain from posting personal details here (as the forum is open to the public)

What is the first few digits of the landline?
Either you have used all your call minutes, or the number is not a simple landline... like 1890*******
Or those kind of premium numbers.

Regardless, to call out, simply add a few € to your balance to tide you over.

You get 60 minutes a month with the Don to call landlines.

This covers regular Irish landlines - (and NI landlines diallled with the 048 prefix rather than 00 44 ...) 

It does not cover certain other numbers which you need credit for.

What does your online account say about your landline calls mins balance?

If you use up the bundled landline minutes then you will need to buy a landline mins add-on.
