What does your online account say about your membership type, expiry date and calls/texts/landline calls/data balances? Having credit is not sufficient to be able to use 48 services - you must have a current membership. If you do have a current membership then did you breach the fair usage limits perhaps?

If so then you are barred for the remainder of your current membership month in which case you will need to take this up with 48 support - they may make an exception and lift the ban prematurely due to extenuating circumstances. No harm in asking.

Bear in mind that if you get barred for a second time then it's for good.
Maybe 48 is not the right network for you if you do happen to be breaching the fair usage limits and have a critical situation with somebody in hospital?
Hope this helps.
