Calls and texts

For some reason it won't let me call and text a certain number she can ring me but she can't get my texts ! And sometime my messages don't arrive to people

Do the messages send from your side successfully? Do you have a active membership? Are the numbers you are texting Irish numbers or International numbers?

They say sent ! And most people get them and I sometimes don't get texts and this one person especially she can call and text me but I can't do either back like she doesn't receive them
