Blocked my account

Hi I have blocked my account by entering the incorrect details of my card I cannot remember the cvv number as my card is old and the number is faded off the back, I'm a trying to top up my account with another card but the account is blocked can you please help me unblock my account so I can get more credit thanks. You will have to contact 48 support to get this sorted.

Nobody on the forum will be able to sort this out.

I just had the very saw problem how can I unblock it .

If you entered your PIN incorrectly too many (three?) times and need your PUK to unlock the SIM then see here:
