Being told problem with sim when registered, refresh but nothing happening?

Despite being with 48 for a couple of months and topping up before no prob, am now being told there was an issue when registering and it's activating my sim and to refresh in a few minutes....... But nothing is refreshing? Really need credit . Any ideas ?

Best thing might be to log a support request to see if 48 can help with this:

By the way - if you really need credit/membership can can't do this online then maybe topup via voucher
